The International CES exhibitor invitations have been designed as a self-mailing piece this year. If you plan to mail them yourself, please keep these postal regulations in mind:
> In order to use a postal indicia, you must mail more than 200 pieces.
> For mail other than first class, these invitations must be tabbed closed.
> For more postal rules and regulations, please visit HBP's Resource Center.
The charges for the actual postage will not appear on your check-out screen for your International CES exhibitor invitations. Postage must be calculated after the mailing list has been processed. A representative from HBP, Inc. will contact you to arrange postage charge payment by credit card.
You will have the opportunity to upload an Excel or a delimited text file during the ordering process. During this process you will also be asked to enter the number of names in your list. The number you enter will be used to calculate the appropriate mailing fees. If the number you enter is different than actual number in the list, a representative will contact you to discuss the issue and whether or not additional charges will need to be assessed.
Customizing Your International CES Exhibitor Invitations
Below is a screen capture of the web-based customization utility that will allow you to see your final customized invitation online before it is produced. Using the tool couldn't be easier. Just click the buttons in the "Customization Area" in sequence. These guide you through entering all your relevant information. Don't forget to complete both sides of the invitation by using the "Front/Back Selector" pop-up menu. When you have entered all your information, click continue to proceed to checkout. From here it is as simple as placing any other on-line order. Just enter your corporate credit card number, and your customized invitations will soon be printed and on their way.

> Be sure to enter information in all the customization areas.
> The card has two sides, so make sure you add your information to both of them.

Preparing Your Logo for Upload
Your logo must be in an EPS or JPG format to be uploaded. It should be a CMYK image suitable for print production: vector based or 300dpi bitmap. The image area is 1" tall by 2" wide, so please scale your logo accordingly before uploading. The tool will scale your image for you, but a very large file will take a bit longer to preview. The image area has a white background, so please choose a logo designed with this background color in mind.
Prices for International CES Exhibitor Invitations
The additional services we are offering through this website have had a portion of their production costs underwritten by CEA (Consumer Electronics Association). Additional costs associated with mailing and customization of the invitations are the responsibility of the exhibitor. You can find the prices for mailing services under the "Mailing" tab.
The price for customized, branded invitations is 65¢ US each with a minimum order of 300 customized invitations. Payment can only be made with Credit Card. We will accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
