CES Invitations
As a service to International CES exhibitors, we are offering mailing services from our partner, HBP, Inc. HBP can mail either the customized, branded invitations or the standard International CES invitations first class from their facility in Maryland.
If you do not wish to mail your invitations yourself, when you place your order, choose one of the links in the "Invitations Mailed Directly to Your Customer" area of the "Order Invitations" page of this website.
- Standard Exhibitor Invitations:
The cost for this service on the standard invitations is $65 US per 1000 names on the list plus $75 US for file processing (lists are rounded to the next highest even 1000 for cost purposes). Postage is not included in this cost.
Customized, Branded Exhibitor Invitations: - Postage:
In addition to the initial mailing costs, a representative from HBP, Inc. will contact you to arrange for the payment of postage.
The cost is $100 US. Postage is not included in this cost.
The charges for the actual postage WILL NOT appear on your check-out screen for your International CES exhibitor invitations. Postage must be calculated after the mailing list has been processed. As noted above, a representative will contact you to arrange payment by credit card the postage charges.
The International CES exhibitor invitations have been designed as a self-mailing piece this year. If you plan to mail them yourself, please keep these postal regulations in mind:
- In order to use a postal indicia, you must mail more than 200 pieces
- For mail other than first class, these invitations must be tabbed closed.

Mail File Upload Instructions
You will have the opportunity to upload an Excel or a delimited text file during the ordering process. During this process you will also be asked to enter the number of names in your list. The number you enter will be used to calculate the appropriate mailing fees. If the number you enter is different than actual number in the list, a representative will contact you to discuss the issue and whether or not additional charges will need to be assessed.
